Hi, I would like to introduce to you, my wife's cooking. She is a Nyonya and I love her cooking. We live in Malaysia with our two lovely children. Nyonya cooking is a mixture of Chinese and Malay recipes that has been passed down from generations since the Chinese first landed in Malaya in the 15th century.
