Nothing but a tasty pancake

Today my daughter decided to do something on her own. She wanted to make some tasty pancake. So my wife dig up the following recipe. Not a Nyonya dish but it is edible and children love making and eating them. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

200g wheat flour
300ml milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
Butter to fry

Method
Break the egg in a deep bowl. Add milk, butter and stir. Add wheat flour and continue stirring. Stir in salt and sugar. Make sure that all ingredients are properly mixed and not lumpy. Heat up a pan and add some butter. Once it is heated scoop about 4 tablespoon of the pancake mixture into the pan. Once it set, you can flip it over and cook until light brown. Serve plain or with kaya or honey. Kids will love them. The mixure should be able to make up to 8 pancakes. You can also use vanilla or strawberry flavoured milk to give your pancakes added difference.
